Based on SirQuixano's Syr Alin deck, where they tried to get everything as cheap as humanly possible. This is the same idea, but this time for Europe - and rather than White, I found that Red was a slight bit cheaper on this side of the pond.

There were actually 150 cards with mono-red color identity going for 1 cent, so I just sorted by EDHRec score and let the spirits of the internet guide my hand. (This is a bad deck.)

While Scryfall estimates this at €1.01, plugging it into Cardmarket actually got me €6.61 + €4.6 shipping, so it's more expensive than it seems. Also, Scryfall puts this list at $8.67, which is considerably more than the Syr Alin list for you Americans out there!
