As it turns out, searching for billions of lands is pretty powerful. Nissa, Vastwood Seer   is a perfect commander for this strategy too! You can usually get up to 6 lands on turn 4, then drop Nissa to flip her immediately.

As for ramp spells, the usual. My favorite card in here has to be Harrow , it triggers 2 landfalls and plays the lands untapped. It combos well with any landfall creatures, especially Lotus Cobra , which gives a burst of fast mana. This deck is pretty budget, so no azusa, Exploration , or Primeval Titan .

Caged Sun effects are also pretty powerful ( Gauntlet of Power Vernal Bloom ) especially when you stack them.

As for payoff, we have It That Betrays , Emrakul, the Promised End , and a few fast-growing X costs, like Gelatinous Genesis , Genesis Wave , and Waker of the Wilds .
