Welcome to the deck tec that rants about when BG rock has to face the eventual threat of War of the Spark shenanigans
With all the $$$ being artifically flooded into the modern/commander markets by War of the Spark and soon to be Modern Horizons, its good to look at a deck whose cards are ACTUALLY worth their value (depending on who you ask ;)
With all these crazy new speculations like Leveler / Mycosynth Lattice and Sunforger / Balduvian Rage , BG rock has some competition in both the actual game and in being the most expensive modern pickup (with JUND).

When I get back home from Uni I'll post the fanned out pic of this beautiful deck in paper but for now just admire it in its pixely virtual form <3
One card in particular I think maaaybe will have a home in BG Rock is War's new card, Liliana's Triumph . Its a pretty easy 2-for-1 once Liliana is in play. It can get around hexproof and indestructible. Its even an instant! How cool is that :) 8-rack is getting a boost with this pick for sure, maybe BG will as well. Hopefully our collective wallets wont suffer too much from this card making Liliana more popular. |

Even though BG is supposed to be a control-midrangey deck, a few other cards that stand out to me from War are Aid the Fallen and Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage . Idk, let me know what you think.
