Mostly a combo deck going for relatively easy infinites with Imotekh the Stormlord generating tokens to be sacced for various effects (usually mana) and cards that proc Imotekh again (usually Metalwork Colossus)

A decent bit of removal to stay in the game long enough to build a board, and a few different wincons that are consistent to get through by the roach like vitality black has (barring getting Bojuka Bogged)

Going infinite is pretty easy with a sack outlet like Phyrexian Altar and a card that moves cards from the grave like Tortured Existence, in this example you can just sac a token to pay for Tortured Existence to swap a card from grave with one in hand, proccing Imotekh and giving two more tokens to sac, effectively +1 mana per cycle. Same can be done with metalwork collosus as using their effect procs Imotekh which pays for their effect, so any sacrifice outlet can be used infinitely. Nim Deathmantle + Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks is also a really easy infinite.

You can get these infinites going pretty easy and it's hard to interrupt cause of the other cards in the deck. Not counting just drawing into the combo pieces, Entomb can just about get Razorlash Transmogrant on the board, which just needs the mana for the commander, +2 black mana, + phyrexian altar (and any of your 3 opponents having 4 nonbasic lands) to go infinite, and you can use ; Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor or, Inventors' Fair to get that Altar in your hand and onto the board, and if an opponent counterspells it, there's alway Myr Retriever, Scrap Trawler or Anrakyr the Traveller to get it back (last one putting it directly onto the board.) Or you could also use Kuldotha Forgemaster and sac some tokens / dead cards to accomplish the same task.

And you can get all these card through various draw cards like Deadly Dispute, or can just mill it and recover through something like Emergency Weld(which hopefully you didn't mill all of these.) You should usually have creatures to sac to these draw cards, a few one and done cards like Necron Deathmark and Solemn Simulacrum or you could just get the tokens off Imotekh, after all his requirements are very lenient, exiled from grave, moved into library or hand, taken by opponent... Really, anything that, as the card says, moves an artifact from your graveyard.

Wincons are : Big Board of Bois, Burn, BMill or, Beating-your-opponent-with-one-evasive-boy-using-Cranial Plating (alternatively making 'em scoop from annoyance at the long cycle to victory alotta these combos ultimately take)

For the "Others" stack of cards in the list : Canoptek Scarab Swarm is a 2nd Bojuka Bog, Cranial Plating just makes a creature able to swing for lethal, Metalwork Colossus is an infinite engine, Roaming Throne double any Necron effect (double tokens, double exile graveyard, double removal, etc. etc.) Sculpting Steel is wayyy to versatile a card to categorize, can double mana rock, Imotekh, can double Cryptothrall so both get hexproof... very good card, Staff of Domination is also too versatile, can tap opponents' creatures so they can't attack, draw, untap a creature to attack multiple times, good card, Unwinding Clock is kinda ramp? Untaps mana rocks, but that's not really more mana and more, refreshing that mana for instants as responses, Wurmcoil Engine is probably just a winmore card w/ nim deathmantle... guess it's independent of the commander?

Can avoid dying from self mill/overdrawing with Out of the Tombs or Haunted Crossroads
