Welcome one and all to my deck, Draw and Mill. The goal of this deck is quite simple and is largely spelled out in its title: draw cards and mill your target to nothing.

This goal is attained two ways. The first of these is using direct mill cards such as those listed below to traditionally mill out your opponent.

The second way is to get at least one (but preferably two) Sphinx's Tutelage and then use your draw cards to force your opponent to discard cards. The cards used to promote draws are listed below.

Finally, the cards listed below are tools which are used to keep you alive and uninterrupted while you do your work.

Author's note: Clearly there is one very large problem with this deck, which is why I haven't bothered to finish putting in the list. I am WAY over the number of cards I should have. I need serious help deciding which cards I need to get rid of. I would like to keep the budget below $200 so no Snapcaster Mages or Cryptic Command (as much as the latter looks amazing to me).
