It's not completely Jeskai. I technically have green spells, but Phyrexian mana makes all things possible. Revolving mostly around the Miracle mechanic from Avacyn Restored, I'm able to cast really cheap burn and removal spells. I plan to have a playset of Thunderous Wrath for direct damage to a player. This deck leans heavier toward instants and sorceries rather than creatures. I could therefore justify having a couple of Terminus when things really get heavy.

A few combos I had in mind when putting this all together was using Noxious Revival to quickly put a miracle card from the graveyard to the top of my library at the end of an opponent's turn. Mystical Tutor accomplishes the same end. Brainstorm can help place some miracle cards from hand to the top, so a playset is a must. My scry lands also help sift through the library faster. Finally, the Swans of Bryn Argoll , Faithless Looting, Rhystic Study is for more card draw when things are running dry. Thing in the Ice   is my most reliable win-condition. It's still very vulnerable, but whenever I play it, it seems to squeeze out some damage. Very easy to transform.
