I think Hostility is one of the most interesting cards in MTG, and not just because I have anger issues. The fact that it triples your burn damage and is itself a 6/6 with haste makes it very, very dangerous to your opponent's life total as long as they don't have anything to block those feisty little shamans. Add to that that it's somewhat difficult to permanently remove and it's a card I consider worth building a deck for. Mostly, the deck is pretty straight-forward:
Lightning Bolt is an obvious choice for any burn deck (and plenty of decks that aren't burn oriented), used here to clear dangerous early creatures or to help burst your opponent down in late stages.
Lightning Axe, Essence Scatter, and Negate are there to help you live until you can close the game, and to help keep blockers out of the way of your shaman swarm.
Crater's Claws is a ferocious (pardon the pun) finisher, works beautifully with Hostility to put massive damage on the field.
Guttersnipe and Chandra Ablaze ensure that you can continue to aggressively pressure your opponent's life total while playing defensively, and both also have positive synergy with Hostility.
Battlefield Thaumaturge and Simian Spirit Guide help to lower your CMC and speed the deck up a little bit, because 6 is a lot of mana.
Anticipate for draw and as a cheap spell for Guttersnipe.
Jace, Unraveler of Secrets helps draw important deck pieces and also aids defensive play, but mostly he's in there because I like him.
