This is a Jeskai themed tiny leaders deck helmed by Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest. It is primarily a prowess/ heroic deck. I've got a few creatures on order for it included in my maybeboard. This is a budged deck, I'd rather not spend more than $5 on a card. I'm wondering with the right cards if this could be turned into a full-fledge commander deck too. I hated cutting the deck down to 50 cards.

For those of you not familiar with tiny leaders it follows the standard commander format, except the deck is only 50 cards, and no card can exceed a CMC of three.

Right now I'm torn between making this full-fledged prowess or heroic deck. It seems to be a little watered down if I do both. If I focused on prowess I would be able to include more utility cards like Divination and wincons like White Sun's Zenith.

I am also unsure about how many wraths I should include in the deck. Tiny leaders is a smaller format, so I image boards don't get too ridiculous. Should I have one or two wraths in here just in case?
