thought i'd try mixing counterbalance in with a U/R delver deck with master of waves as the big hitter along with buffing any elementals i've made with young pyromancer along the way, I mainly play with friends and don't have any tops to work with counterbalance.

I was trying to make the deck modern legal but unfortunatly all the good modern card draw like serum visions and the like are sorcery so they don't work with counterbalance as well as brainstorm does (although they can atleast make sure I don't whiff on counterbalance with a land on top).

if anyone has any good top of library manipulation that could work in modern i'd love to hear, would help if it was also an instant or sorcery to help activate delver.
