Play Rest for the Weary on a land drop, block once or twice with a Tithe Drinker or Nip Gwyllion , and you're already there.

Rhox Faithmender and Nyx-Fleece Ram gain you life and stall the board. Ajani's Pridemate and Archangel of Thune turn all that life gain into a threat, and they get big fast!

Your win conditions are Divinity of Pride , Serra Ascendant, Chalice of Life   , and Blood Baron of Vizkopa (sideboard). These cards get huge buffs when you've hit a certain threshold of life. Sanguine Bond is too good to exclude, but more than 1 in the deck leads to poor draws.
