This is one of those decks that might take a tiny bit of time to understand, but makes a lot of sense once you do. The basis is simple: play Experimental Frenzy with cards like Goblin Electromancer and Runaway Steam-Kin on the board for mana shenanigans and Wand of Vertebrae for topdeck manipulation. Then, you just play the top card over and over, milling anything you can't play with the wand, until your opponent explodes. Yeah, it might not be the best of decks, but it just might work.

The main cards of the combo (disclaimer: may not really be much of a combo) are Experimental Frenzy, Goblin Electromancer and Runaway Steam-Kin with their ability to reduce costs. Electromancer is sadly blue, forcing us to do some work with a colour the deck might be happier without, but needs must (by which I mean "Sulfur Falls and Steam Vents must"). On the plus, it lets us cast the Explosion in Expansion / Explosion occasionally.

The burn cards of the deck are many, partially because they're good, partially because they're our win condition. Shock, Lightning Strike and Wizard's Lightning all do their jobs, while a few copies of Guttersnipe help to push more damage and Banefire in the sideboard allows you a bypass against the counterspell-wielding control players.
