An initial stab at building a reasonable budget Zur deck--the goal being as budget as possible while still functional. Due to the limited nature of budget, Storm and Stax builds aren't going to be entirely possible. There are some cards included here which are Stax related yet more in a Toolbox capacity. Commander Damage is the primary win condition with the support of this tool box. There is a decent amount of removal in different forms. Card draw might need to be increased to keep the deck moving. The Sanitarium Skeleton + Pegasus Refuge/Call the Bloodline/Tortured Existence synergy might not be enough, but it's in there for now.
