Arcades, the Strategist was the first commander I tried in the brawl format and I enjoyed the deck so much that I wanted to make a commander deck around Arcades.

Arcades, the Strategist has the game plan printed on the card, play walls and then swing with them.

Cards like High Alert provide redundancy, and cards like Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive provide a win condition.
