My take on Abzan Aggro. It tries to tackle the Standard metagame of May 2015, taking into account the matchups versus Esper Dragons and Deathmist Raptor decks (4 Abzan Charm maindeck) mainly, while maintaining the successful shell of Abzan Aggro with efficiently costed threats like Fleecemane Lion, Rakshasa Deathdealer , Anafenza, the Foremost and Siege Rhino backed up by Thoughtseize and a removal package. It also includes Surrak, the Hunt Caller because hasty Siege Rhino 's are no joke. In the sideboard we have Crux of Fate to deal with aggro and Esper Dragons, Dragonlord Dromoka for decks with counterspells, Drown in Sorrow for Atarka Red and Tokens, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion for the mirror and Abzan Control matchups. Also Ultimate Price for R/G Dragons strategies. The additional Thoughtseize and the 3 Duress are for games against control as well. I've decided on including 2 Den Protector and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes to improve game 1 vs control, my most feared matchup.
