Simple deck: Play Sidisi, Undead Vizier, search for Ad Nauseam. Draw your deck, discard everything to Skirge Familiar for Exsanguinate. Tendrils of Agony can take out 1 or 2 opponents, probably best to target the one running blue. Keep in mind that searching for and resolving Ad Nauseam will cost 28 life at most. If, for some reason, someone counters Exsanguinate but not Ad Nauseam, you can shuffle everything back in with Elixir of Immortality, get Ad Nauseam with a tutor, rinse and repeat. This will also let you go infinite to counteract anyone who has more than 80 life.
