"No machinations, no puppet strings, no plots. Just pure, sweeping death."

-Tasigur, the Golden Fang

This is my try on U/B control with a lot of dragons in it. Since I thought Dragonlord Ojutai fit's the deck perfectly, I splashed white for him. It is all about spells that get benefits by holding or controling dragons. It also relies more on counterspells and less on destruction than my previeous U/B release-all-your-fears-to-me. Given the high amount of dragons it almost works like a midrange deck, but since all dragons have some effects besides killing my opponent, it is pretty strong control.

The heart of the Deck are my 8 Dragons, including 4 Dragonlords. Dragonlord Silumgar will take care of opponents threats and make fast finishes. Dragonlord Ojutai is some sort of fast finisher, that gives me the ultimate control obout the game. Silumgar, the Drifting Death can buff all my dragons and Icefall Regent works also as a threat + removal that is expensive to remove for my opponent.

The strength of the deck are both midrange and control opponents. Againt aggro decks it should be ok also, against weenie decks it pretty much get's it's ass kicked. I hope that sideboarding can change that a bit. All in all I think it is really potent and after some playtesting on untap.in it proved to be efficient, even if I didn't manage to find some aggro deck to test against.

The cards:

Step one Counters

Dissolve has been THE counterspell in this format. Thus I play 3 copies of it. Besides countering it gives me the ability to scry and keep my deck working smoothly.

Silumgar's Scorn is pretty much Counterspell and thous it's the heart of the deck. It counters everything as long as I got a dragon in hand or in play. This is pretty often the case. Also in the beginning it kicks ass if my opponent taps out.

Step two Removal

Ultimate Price is a cheap removal that (unlike bile blight) is still a good draw in the lategame. It takes care of things like Courser of Kruphix or even Stormbreath Dragon for only 2 mana. Also it's not double black, which is nice since we more rely on coutnerspells, therefor double blue is what we want in the beginning.

Hero's Downfall enough said.

Crux of Fate well we play a dragon deck and there is a boardwipe leaving dragons on board... pretty easy pick. Since I'm not the only one to play dragons, it's getting sideboarded out quite a lot, but in "not so many dragon" matchups it's too important to not play it.

Foul-Tongue Invocation is nice to remove all creatures with hexproof and keep us alive, as long as we can show a dragon. A nice gimmick is, that I don't even need an creature to sacrefise, it just gives 4 life in case my opponent cast's some burndamage into my face.

Step three Carddraw

Anticipate pretty much improves our hand, makes us hit landdrops, find answers and thin's out the deck.

Dig Through Time is the best carddraw in this format. It gives us the answers/threads we need, when we need them for 2 mana.

Jace's Ingenuity gives us cardadvantage at instant speed. Can't be too bad.

Dragonlord's Prerogative is basically a Jace's Ingenuity that gives an extra card for an extra mana and can't be countered.

Step four Dragons

Icefall Regent work's well as the stabelizing card at turn 5, if I start to get under pressure. He makes my opponent's worst threat useless and can block one of the remaining threats. If that is not nessesary he is still a 5 turn clock, that cost's extra to be removed.

Dragonlord Silumgar is similar to ivefall regent but he doesn't untap the threat, he steals it to kill my opponent in fast fashion or makes him attack into his own creatures. He is easily removed though and should be casted with counterspel backup if possible.

Dragonlord Ojutai is simply awesome. He can be casted turn 5 most of the time. Since he is hexproof if untapped I don't even need more mana to back him up with counterspell. By the time he taps I will have my mana back. If he attacks we start to gain cardadvantage and improve our hand,

Silumgar, the Drifting Death is my answer to tokens and small creatures. He is hexproof and can block basicaly everything. In combination with other dragons he can provide boardwipes. I love his artwork. Enough said. :)
