A relatively vanilla counterburn deck, I think. Lots of burns and counters, of course, and a heap of other things that aim to enhance those with extra damage or by lowering costs.

The lower end of the curve is dominated by blue, which tries to establish control while I ramp up to the effects with high damage-to-mana ratios that red's burn is providing here.

I prefer Lava Axe to cheaper burn spells wholly because they don't benefit as much from--or have a limit on--the benefits that Goblin Electromancer provides. This is where the title of the deck comes from, by the way. The goblins are improving the effect while reducing the cost.
