This is sort of an experimental build. It's primarily for one vs one games to shut down any sort of attempts by opponents to do anything by bouncing creatures, lands, or anything else that could really do anything. Venser, the commander, can do this repeatedly, and gets way out if hand with Deadeye Navigator or Conjurer's closet to bounce lands, or spells if an opponent gets the chance to play them.

Just in case they do, there are a lot of counterspells littering the deck. Pact of Negation is especially fun. There is a lot of card draw to get me answers, like Jace the Mind Sculptor and Arcanis the Omnipotent. Lastly, wincons like Frost Titan and Ulamog can close out games while continuing to deny opponents of resources, and Laboratory Maniac exists as a surprise because drawing through the whole deck isn't out of the question.
