It is possible to get out a Myr Superion turn 2, equipped with Messenger's Speed or Hammerhand . This is possible with a turn 1 Forest and either Llanowar Elves or Elvish Mystic. Turn 2, play a Mountain and Satyr Hedonist, then sac it with the Mountain, giving you floating. Play the Myr Superion and Messenger's Speed or Hammerhand , attacking for 5 or 6 on turn 2, and if you have Mutagenic Growth in hand, you can do a lot more damage early.

This is the main combo for the deck, with Ranger's Guile in there to protect your big guy. Life's Legacy is there for card draw. Rancor gives Myr Superion a small buff. Mutagenic Growth helps for an easy, quick beatdown once you get out that Myr Superion .
