This is my first attempt at making a Lonis, Cryptozoologist deck. The goal of the deck is to get as many value engines going that generate clues, then at some point the path to victory should shape itself with the value we generate. Here is a list of what this deck does apart from the usual draw, ramp and control.

Create clues

The main goal of the deck is to make clues

• Tireless Provisioner - Great new card from MH2, provides a lot of clues while ramping, can provide an unlimited amount of clues with Quirion Ranger, Scryb Ranger and Dryad Arbor
• Tireless Tracker - Same as Tireless Provisioner, the OG
• Wavesifter - Cool callback to Mulldrifter, provides a lot of clues with our commander
• Ongoing Investigation - Helps in some edge cases when we have a big graveyard or simply when we can hit some players that can't block
• Weirding Wood - Nice ramp, investigates once and helps for some combos along with untapping forests.
• Magnifying Glass - Easy, repeating investigations
• Tamiyo's Journal - Same as Magnifying Glass but as the tutor effect as a bonus

More clues

We want to make clues faster

• Academy Manufactor - Low CMC and provides a lot of value
• Adrix and Nev, Twincasters - A token doubler
• Erdwal Illuminator - A clue doubler
• Urza, Lord High Artificer - Clues, food and treasures now provide blue mana
• Doubling Season - A token doubler
• Fae Offering - Creates 3 tokens under certain effects, doubling this effect makes a lot of value
• Parallel Lives - A token doubler
• Primal Vigor - A token doubler with a big drawback depending of your opponents

Flicker creatures

We want to flicker creatures to repeat ETBs and make clues

• Argent Sphinx - Flickers himself to make clues
• Deadeye Navigator - Flickers himself with another creatures to make clues and repeat ETBs
• Thassa, Deep-Dwelling - Flickers a creature for clues and ETBs
• Ghostly Flicker - One time flicker for clues
• Conjurer's Closet - Flickers a creature for clues and ETBs

Return creatures to hand

The goal of returning creatures to hand is to cast them again to re-use ETBs and make clues

• Quirion Ranger - Returns a creature while untapping
• Scryb Ranger - Same thing as Quirion Ranger
• Shrieking Drake - Returns another creature or itself
• Trusted Advisor - Returns a blue creature
• Crystal Shard - Returns any creature, can sometimes return an enemy creature when someone taps out and can be used politically pretty effectively
• Wirewood Symbiote - Returns an elf

Untap creatures

Untapping creatures and lands to let us steal more cards and make more mana

• Arbor Elf - Untaps forests
• Quirion Ranger - Untaps creatures
• Scryb Ranger - Same as Quirion Ranger
• Wirewood Symbiote - Untaps creatures
• Dramatic Reversal - Untaps all non-land permanents, makes infinite mana with Isochron Scepter
• Minamo, School at Water's Edge - Untaps a legendary creature, in this deck it's pretty much only useful on our commander
• Wirewood Lodge - Untaps an elf, can be used for our commander as well as mana dorks
• Staff of Domination - A classic, untaps creatures, gives a lot of other useful things when we are infinite

Play with the opponents' top deck

We have ways to put some cards on the top of our opponents' libraries in order to re-use them for ourselves

• Hinder - Counter that places the card on top or bottom instead of graveyard
• Memory Lapse - Counter that places the card on top instead of graveyard
• Submerge - Puts target creature on top of the library

Duplicate value engines

There are a few card that can copy artifacts, enchantments and creatures to get copies of great value engines, there are also cards that double abilities that help too

• Double Major - Copies creature spells and removes legendary if it is
• Mirrormade - Copies artifacts and enchantments
• Mechanized Production - Copies artifacts, can be a win-con too
• Illusionist's Bracers - Copies activated abilities, mostly useful for Deadeye Navigator and our commander
• Panharmonicon - Copies triggered abilities for artifacts and creatures ETBs
• Rings of Brighthearth - Same thing as Illusionist's Bracers
