Creature (4)

Artifact (2)

This deck does two things: Make creatures tanky and make creatures unblockable.

The Win Condition

The goal here is to take one of your tiny creatures and make them huge and unblockable. The best creature to do this with is Invisible Stalker. His being Hexproof is a boon, as it will prevent most removal you would typically deal with. This would allow you load up your Invisible Stalker with all sorts of enchantment pieces like Curiosity and Sigil of Sleep.

Aqueous Form is also in the deck to provide creatures (that aren't Invisible Stalker) with Unblockable.

Other Creatures

Invisible Stalker is a great piece, and we can buff him up with some nice cards. But this deck really needs cards that can get big on their own. This is where cards like Managorger Hydra, Deeproot Champion, and Scute Mob come in.

In a multiplayer game, Managorger Hydra will have no problem getting big on his own. This deck runs enough non-creature spells to get Deeproot Champion to a reasonable power/toughness in no time. And all you need for Scute Mob is to have enough lands on the field.

Support

  • Bioshift is an all-star in this deck. Whether you're attacking or blocking, Bioshift has the ability to move counters from one of your creatures to another. This can be game winning when you take 20+ counters off of a Managorger Hydra and put them onto an Invisible Stalker that you're swinging through with.

  • This deck is built with multiplayer in mind. Thus, we have Edric, Spymaster of Trest and Rhystic Study. Edric will influence your opponents to attack your other opponents, while also rewarding your unblockable strategy with more draw. Rhystic Study will obviously tax your opponents if they don't want you drawing more cards.

  • Filtering through your deck is important. While there are only six cantrip spells, we utilize Edric, Aqueous Form, and Rhystic Study to really get through our deck and make sure we're getting out what we really need to get out.

Weaknesses

While I've found this deck to be particularly effective, it suffers from a lack of life gain. Also, early aggression against this deck will stomp it pretty easily.
