Wanted to make a standard deck for a change, but didn't want to pay for all of the expensive mana fixing or mythics. This deck is designed to stall for as long as possible with turns 1,2, and potentially 3 devoted to spitting out low cost creatures with high toughness to slow down my opponent before I can start throwing out my big creatures or amass counters on my opening creatures. If possible, I can turn my walls into powerhouses with Assault Formation, or I can just wait until I get a Citadel Siege or 2 to take control of the game. Abzan Battle Priest is included to help build up the life that I inevitably lost while stalling my opponent while Abzan Falconer is there to allow Citadel Siege to turn my creatures into buffed up flyers. Avatar of the Resolute and High Sentinels of Arashin take advantage of all the counters that I'll be distributing and Ivorytusk Fortress lets me swing out, but still get most or all of my creatures back for blocking. As for the control side of my deck, I have Banishing Light and Ultimate Price in to take out most big threats I would rather not deal with and nearly my entire sideboard is devoted to adding as much control as needed depending on my opponent.
