This is my standard Dimir Ninja deck. This is basically a 60 card version of my Ninjutsu Mill Commander. Your key creatures in this deck will be Moonsnare Specialist, Silver-Fur Master, and Prosperous Thief. Considering 80% of the cards in this deck involve blue, you can run cards that have negative effects for your opponents when you play blue spells as well as run Paradise Plume to gain life when you play a blue spell.
