My take on a Merfolk deck, I went the pretty standard route with a bunch of low cost merfolk creatures that buff other merfolk with a decent amount of card draw, with a Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep as a bit of a game ender.

Merfolk Sovereign , Master of the Pearl Trident + Spreading Seas , and with how plentiful +1/+1 counters are, Herald of Secret Streams make for an army of unblockable merfolk

Master of the Pearl Trident , Merfolk Mistbinder , Merfolk Sovereign , and Merrow Reejerey provide the +1/+1s

Spreading Seas , Tatyova, Benthic Druid , and Prime Speaker Zegana act as draw outlets

Aether Vial is pretty self explanatory in a low cost creature heavy swarm deck.
