This is a deck I wanted to build since I found out about Kamigawa block about a year ago. So that an commander being my favorite format I went looking for a general. I didn't likecard:Karodor, ghost chieftain and Geist of Saint Traft, because those decks don't really support tribal mechanics because of the linearity of the decks. When O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami was spoiled I fell in love. Now the deck can have access to all the colors and a general that doesn't draw to much unwanted attention,and discourages unnecessary attacks on me. The decks main strategy is to ramp and on turns 3 and 4 start playing sprits matter cards and my card draw. As a lot of my card draw is symmetrical I run a lot of discard sprits. The main win condition is big spirt beat down and/or Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens
