Based on The Commander's Quarters deck list (https://youtu.be/u8-4sYHxn1Q) with my own changes.

I've been wanting to make a Karona deck for a while and I stumbled upon a budget build from Commander's Quarters. This still follows the general strategy of goading Karona and incentivizing opponents to attack each other while biding my time to create a token army to swing in full force. There are some high power cards here but they're mostly there to even the odds. Compared to other commanders like Chulane, Teller of Tales or Urza, Lord High Artificer , Karona is vastly underpowered.

Ultimately, what I would like to do, is win with the Decree cycle (also for a flavor win). The Decrees board wipe, buff up, lock down, and generate tokens which is on theme for the initial strategy.

Some combos I've added:

Decree of Silence + Solemnity = lock down your opponents. What's on the field upon casting the second enchantment is what they get to play with. Also pairs really well with the Force Bubble + Solemnity combo.

Decree of Annihilation + Heroic Intervention = Cycle instead of hard cast for a bit more "fair" play. A less mana-intensive combo than the original Decree of Annihilation + Teferi's Protection in a previous version of this deck.

Bringer of the Black Dawn + Bringer of the Blue Dawn = Stack the upkeep triggers so that you always draw what you need plus one.

Cascading Cataracts + Trace of Abundance = get 6 mana for tapping 6 lands. Not the flashiest but perfect for mana fixing at Korona's mana curve placement.

Any help would be appreciated! It's my very first 5 color EDH deck so the mana base is the best I could do with what I had on hand. I feel like going with all five colors is a bit overwhelming so I'm all ears for suggestions.
