A cheap but nonetheless punishing deck I intend to top out at around $100-200. With the exception of Stranglehold, I don't intend any single card to be much more than $5.

There's a discard theme going on (and formerly a sacrifice theme) that could be something better, budget allowing. One thing I don't want is land destruction.

Hidetsugu's Second Rite's in there because my brother dared me.
