Quick standard deck I threw together after a short break from magic. Aggressive, creature heavy madness deck with lots of synergy.

Falkenrath Gorger + Insolent Neonate is a perfect pair of 4-of 1 drops to get turn 1 rolling and immediately start a board presence. Being able to Neonate > Draw > Madness Neonate is a very reliable way to draw bigger hands early while also helping me pick out all the gorgers I have hiding around.

Heir of Falkenrath + Olivia's Dragoon are amazing 2 drops that provide a consistent discard engine while simultaneously beefing the board presence and creating threats that attract removal. While Heir is only good for 1 discard before her transformation, Dragoon will have an easy time finding cards for me to madness cycle to get the extra flying damage in.

Fiery Temper + Lightning Axe are an awesome combo package deal when considering spot removal or even spreading damage. With the discard from Axe triggering the tempers madness, I can reach upwards of 8 damage to a target creature for 2 red mana, or alternatively 5 damage to a creature and 3 to my opponent.

Succumb to Temptation + Tormenting Voice are excellent card draw sources for 3 mana if my early game isn't going as quickly as I would like it. The ping damage and double black cost of Succumb makes it a little harder to reliably cast, but has proven very fruitful in tight pinches through testing. The discard engine from Voice makes it a perfect fit for the deck, triggering whatever madness I have while drawing 2 cards and keeping a moderately sized hand. Last thing I need is an empty hand, several discard engines, but no madness to maximize on it.

Inverter of Truth + Sinister Concoction is a neat interaction, allowing me to reliably remove a creature (for 2 mana and 1 hp??) without wasting any vital cards I may end up milling. While Inverter is a 1-of, his role only shines brightest if the game carries on longer than typical T2 games go. Allows me to recycle anything I had to discard without a madness trigger, creatures with discard engines that got removed, and just overall make madness cycling + card draw that much better by sifting out all of the lands I don't have to draw. Bonus points if I manage to Inverter into a library with the Concoctions I sac'd, effectively doubling their utility and providing for more removal that will be necessary for late game.

Honorable mentions go to Avacyn's Judgment, Alms of the Vein, and Olivia, Mobilized for War for just having beautiful synergy with most of (if not every) card in the deck as well as putting in tons of work in playtesting.

Any advice or suggestions for sideboard/mainboard improvements are more than welcome! Just remember the theme for the deck is efficient aggressiveness, and having too many reliant combos without deck synergy ultimately ruin the tempo of this deck. Thanks for taking the time to check it out :)
