We can do vampires in standard WITHOUT Crimson Vow... surely... REALLY needs play testing, will I be able to hard cast a Vein Ripper? Let's find out!

So I'm back playing standard and this is the first (hopefully competitive) deck I have made in 60-card format in a very long time. With Vow rotating out, I wanted to set a challenge of making Vampires still work.

TLDR: swing with the (hopefully) big vampire, or just hit the life drain.
