The intent of this deck is to be a form of policing the table to ensure that all players are able to play their decks in a fun manner. It keeps in check massive threats, neuters hands of immediate win conditions, and allows everyone to durdle around and have fun. I need to stress this is for CASUAL tables and is intended to help those at the table who might be new to the game by keeping them from being an immediate target.
