Use cheap Mana creatures to ramp.Karn, the Great Creator to wish for a Charbelcher. Or use Ancient Stirrings and Storm the Festival to help find the ones in the deck. Tamiyo's Safekeeping is one of the few cards that can actually keep the Charbelcher safe for a turn if you are not able to play and activate all at once.

It is also worth mentioning that my playgroup doesn't exactly know what format we play. We think it is a modified version of legacy. Our rules are: 40 starting life, Poison is half life (20), Max 4 cards with same name in the main deck (unless otherwise stated on the card), Unlimited side/wish board (Can have 4 in the main deck and 69 in the sideboard if you want), All cards from all sets are ok to use (No "UN-sets" except for the non-acorn cards)
