Sacrifice creatures with Persist infinitely for damage, life drain, pests, mill and mana, while keeping -1/-1 counters off using Solemnity, Vizier of Remedies and Heartmender. Suggestions are welcome.

It is also worth mentioning that my playgroup doesn't exactly know what format we play. We think it is a modified version of legacy. Our rules are: 40 starting life, Poison is half life (20), Max 4 cards with same name in the main deck (unless otherwise stated on the card), Unlimited side/wish board (Can have 4 in the main deck and 69 in the sideboard if you want), All cards from all sets are ok to use (No "UN-sets" except for the non-acorn cards)
