This iteration is built around Wasteland Strangler's processing ability; Tidehollow Sculler, Fiend Hunter, Oblivion Ring, and with enough mana Flickerwisp are all able to activate it. Otherwise, the deck wins with value by flickering creatures with etb triggers, like Blade Splicer.
