Alesha, Who Smiles at Death... And Taxes!

This deck is a stax build of Alesha, Who Smiles at Death. You try and circumvent this mostly by playing creatures from the graveyard with Alesha's ability.

Game plan

The game plan is simple: be as disruptive as possible. Most creatures in the deck are hatebears, which means they will help you slow your opponents down. This is also done with artifacts (Sphere of Resistance, Thorn of Amethyst,...) and enchantments (Rule of Law, Stranglehold,...). You do this in order to either assemble your own win condition, or beat your opponents down.

Winning the game

This deck can either win through combo

• Felidar Guardian + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
• Murderous Redcap + Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + any sac outlet

Or either by just beating face. When it comes to the latter, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is our bae.
