The deck was born as a Persistent Petitioners self mill focused deck... now I'm trying to understand the way it's taking. Surely auto mill but not PP oriented. Any tip is greatly appreciated :)

The deck tries to win getting to 0 cards in the library and take advantage of Laboratory Maniac type effects or Thassa's Oracle (even better because you need less cards in the library than your blue devotion). To that aim it tries to mill itself using Hermit Druid or Mirror-Mad Phantasm.
