Abzan Counters (Standard MTG Deck)

So, I'm in the beginning stages of building an Abzan (or Selesnya) standard deck. I haven't build a standard deck since Avacyn Restored, and back then I made a Human tribal token deck. I thought this time around I'd try counters instead, and Abzan seemed like the way to go. I really enjoy the "counter lords" like Abzan Battle Priest , Ainok Bond-Kin, Abzan Falconer , Tuskguard Captain, and Mer-Ek Nightblade. Please also note that I'm on a budget, so while I know a playset of Thoughtseize and Siege Rhino might be amazing, I simply can't afford them. Dromoka's Command is an exception because I already own 2, so buying 1 or 2 more wouldn't be out of the question.

TLDR: Long story short, I am building an Abzan or Selesnya standard deck for the first time since Avacyn Restored and I can use all the help I can get. Also I'm on a budget.
