The deck is an upgraded precon based on Emma Partlow's upgrade list, then further upgraded with some stuff I had/bought over time. I want to focus on Rogues more than the mill, but I kept a few of the mill payoffs like consuming aberation because I know it'll happen anyways with the deck. Looking for advice on better options on a budget of about $25 in additions a week until it feels like a solid 8/10.
