Exactly like the name says -- this is a Pauper-format BURN deck.
It absolutely baffles me why this deck isn't more popular in MTGO's Pauper circles. The reason, and one of the greatest things about Pauper burn, is that nearly all of the archetype's Legacy staples are in fact commons!!
Lightning Bolt? -- check. Rift Bolt? -- check. Chain Lightning? -- check. Lava Spike? -- check. EVEN Fireblast?!? -- check, check, and check!
Many of the Legacy-staple cards we don't have access to in Pauper wouldn't be especially helpful in the format anyway. Case in point: Price of Progress -- MOST Pauper decks quite simply don't play a lot of non-basics. And its replacement here, Flame Rift is exceptionally good in its own right, and makes the cut in some Legacy lists on its own merit.
