The strategy is to make a lot of red and/or green tokens and then make them count for something. You could use them to make Ulasht huge and then use him and a deathtouch/Sword of Kaldra ability to ping to clear out creatures. You can use Beastmaster Ascension, Craterhoof Behemoth, Burn at the Stake, and Champion of Lambholt to make large numbers of tokens matter. Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors can get nasty too. Purphoros is an all-star in that he deals lots of damage, is indestructible, and can pump the whole team (he has never become a creature for me yet). I have a Surestrike Trident that I might throw in to use with Ulasht. Quietus Spike might go in, too. I had Predator Dragon in here, too, but I was often stuck with 2 or more devour creatures that were dead in my hand, so it got cut.

There's card draw in Fecundity, Skullclamp, Harmonize, and on Garruk and Freyalise.

There's a little removal package (Decimate, Chaos Warp, Artifact Mutation, Hull Breach) and a "Naturalize" ability on Freyalise.

Wrap in Vigor is there to protect the team a little, and Fresh Meat can either do the same thing (except replacing with 3/3s) or it can be played after my own devour play. Vicious Shadows could make someone pay for Wrath-ing or trigger off anything dying, for that matter.

Obvious omissions that I didn't choose for personal play preferences: Mana Echoes: I own one, but don't want to "go infinite." Triumph of the Hordes/Overwhelming Stampede/Overrun: Those are very good with tokens, but I don't want to run infect, and the other two are so ubiquitous that I wanted to do something else. I use them in two other Commander token decks already. I have a Shared Animosity and a Dragon Throne of Tarkir that might go in instead.

It seems to get stuck around 4 or 5 land sometimes, but I think I have plenty of land fetch spells (Skyshroud Claim and Nature's Lore always go get Taiga and/or Stomping Ground, by the way). I think it might need some mana rocks - a Chromatic Lantern wouldn't hurt, but I'm not sure what to take out. I have a Citanul Hierophants, too, but it seems pretty fragile.

Impact Tremors might get traded out for Goblin Bombardment. I think Bombardment might allow me to defend against creatures being stolen, and could be used to trigger Vicious Shadows, or kill fast-but-weak commanders like Kaalia or Sissay.
