This is a deck in which I try to get Quest for Ula's Temple to 3 counters as quickly as possible and then use it to drop big blue creatures like Inkwell Leviathan and Grozoth in each end step.

I use a lot of scry to make sure that the top card of my library is a creature card so I get counters on Quest for Ula's Temple. I also use Clockspinning and Thrummingbird to generate more counters if necessary.

Dizzy Spell is in the deck so I can transmute into a Quest for Ula's Temple if I don't draw it.
