HELP me get this down to 60 cards!

Complete control. Requires Stasis or Kismet to come out pretty quick before opponent has chance to build anything up. Howling Mine and Land Tax will help getting the land you need to feed Stasis. Thwart and Daze will allow you to bounce island back if you're not drawing them. Black Vise being the only card that is doing damage to your opponent.
