should i cut something for a land and if yes what should i cut?

i replaced 4 Faerie Miscreant for an aditional land a second mainbord Thieving Sprite and two Remands cause the Faerie Miscreant is only worth it when you have the second one i guess it was a good exchange what do you think about this?
