The main goal of this deck is to mill the cards of my opponent and take control of the battlefield. I either want to win from that or use the safe environment to play Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor  and use him to take over my opponent's deck. Even as Valki, God of Lies  is that card useful, since the opponent has to reveal their hand. This is supposed to give the traditional Dimir Rogues a sort of supprise endgame tool.

I am not really excperienced at making decks, so I appreciate help from others to help this deck become better (like getting down from 64 cards).
