So I cracked open a Core Set 2019 booster and pulled Nicol Bolas, the Ravager  . I decided that the best thing to do with him was to make a totally sick commander deck centered around as many cards as I could find that had something to do with him. This deck makes my opponents discard cards, sacrifice permanents and lose life like its nobodies business. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. CHEERS!!!
