This deck loves to make big spells cheap and get great mana value with Mizzix of the Izmagnus. This allows us to take extra turns (Temporal Mastery, Beacon of Tomorrows, Part the Waterveil), cast big X spells, and eventually combo off.

The main win condition is Desperate Ritual + Fall of the Titans + Reiterate . Seething Song or Pyretic Ritual can take the place of Desperate Ritual, and any other X burn spell or Expansion / Explosion. I cite these three as the primary way to win because they are instants with CMC's 3, 2, and 1, respectively. Enter Firemind's Foresight. This lets us grab all three pieces in one go, and it will be cheaper with Mizzix on the battlefield.

Mizzix's ability reduces the flashback, overload, and buyback costs of all spells. However, the spells trigger experience counters based only on their CMC. This can be a negative for cards like Cyclonic Rift or Whispers of the Muse (no longer included), but it works great with miracle cards like Temporal Mastery or Devastation Tide. Tezzeret's Gambit and Volt Charge both allow us to proliferate an extra experience counter. Another thing to note is that you, the player, get the experience counters, not Mizzix. So, if Mizzix is killed and you are forced to recast it, your counters pick up where they left off the last time.
There are a couple spells that are too greedy for a more competitive deck, mainly Epic Experiment, Mizzix's Mastery, and Thousand-Year Storm. However, untapping with the storm and a couple cards in hand can get out of control quickly. I actually won a game recently where I had Sphinx-Bone Wand and Guttersnipe and won by re-casting Whispers of the Muse(no longer in the deck) with a free buyback from Mizzix 5 or 6 times.
This deck needs some time to get going, but is usually in a position to make a move to win between turns 8 and 10. To get there, you need a couple ways to answer opponent's threats. I've included some counterspells and some sweeper cards, but I'm thinking of including more to get them more consistently. Muddle the Mixture is particularly useful because it can be transmuted into a combo piece or Merchant Scroll to find a specific card. Scour from Existence can get really cheap with Mizzix and is extremely versatile.
As I said earlier, this deck is not optimized. I just enjoy casting Stitch in Time and flipping a coin. Possibly my favorite thing to do with this deck is cast a kicked Rite of Replication targeting Flux Channeler. Every spell then adds 6 experience counters, which gets out of hand very quickly.
