The deck isnt modern due to non-legibility. In legacy or vintage, this deck would be far too weak. I dont know what format it is, but i've had it for about a year and a half and used it many times;its never lost to modern, standard or edh (competitive)decks, so it is quite strong. A hand with a Goblin Lackey and a mountain is most of the time a keep. I like to play a lackey, swing turn two (casting something like Goblin Piledriver, Warren Instigator, Goblin Guide or a one drop) and get out a Goblin Matron or Goblin Chieftan . If you have a Krenko, Mob Boss in hand, that would be the first pick for lackey's ability. If you get out matron, search up a chieftan, krenko, or another lackey. If you get krenko tapping, and a chieftan, goblin rabbalmaster or Goblin King into play, the game should end quickly.
