Much in the vein of many bant decks circulating here. The exact decklist is mine. Performed on my first FNM. Got 1-2 beaten by an Izzet, defeated Gruul 2-1.

So basically, Sylvan Caryatid - for mana fixing and hexproof early game blocker. Every green deck plays it for this exact reason. Awesome creature. Temples for deck cycling.

Counterspells ( Syncopate Dissolve Essence Scatter ) and removal ( Detention Sphere ) are supposed to help contain the opponent till I get to the big threats like AEtherling and Elspeth, Sun's Champion .

Also Prophet of Kruphix - irreplaceable support creature

AEtherling + Prophet of Kruphix - virtually unkillable AEtherling, cause you always have enough mana to blink him out of trouble
