Ive always loved the rouge tribal from lorwyn and when i saw Triton Shorestalker in journey into nyx release i was overjoyed with a great new 1 drop to trigger prowl costs for the deck. As far as rouge decks go; its fast, packs a mean punch, draws cards, makes opponents discard gives extra turns, masses tokens, buffs those tokens, and its super fun and strong! Frogtosser Banneret is the bread and butter of this deck, he makes your already cheap spells even cheaper and his ability stacks with the prowl costs. Activating your prowl abilities is essential in this deck and with the addition of Triton Shorestalker that is made even easier, not to mention any of the fear and flying that is also in the deck. Oona's Blackguard and Stinkdrinker Bandit make your little rouges hit big with nice little bonuses like making your opponent discard when they take damage. With 2 Frogtosser Bannerets on the field most games should be over turn 4 when you cast Notorious Throng. Gaining a 1/1 Faerie rouge token for each 1 damage you dealt to your opponent then getting an additional turn is made even more scary by the thought of possible casting a second Notorious Throng in the extra turn. With plenty of draw in the deck and cards like thieves fortune you should be able to hit any card you need to keep the combos coming. For more drawn out games protective bubble and cloak and dagger can help protect your important creatures while also ensuring you can get past any blockers you opponent sets up. Knowledge Exploitation and Earwig Squad also allow for some more late game aggression letting you to mess with the opponents deck.
