Budget Affinity (Modern MTG Deck)

Upgraded the Chief of the Foundrys to Master of Etherium. Also cut a Thoughtcast for a third Master. I cut a thoughtcast because I was told that they're a lot better with the Mox Opals I'm currently lacking, and that makes perfect sense to me.

Also cut a mountain for a Spirebluff Canal to help cast the masters, and cut Sea Gate Wreckage for Ghost Quarter to free up a sideboard slot, and because it acts like a fetchland with Darksteel Citadel so that also helps with fixing occasionally.
