REMOVAL

Thoughtseize and Hero's Downfall are the best removal spells at the moment. Anyhow, the main reason I play B/G is because of Abrupt Decay. Not only do you get rid of most of the creatures, its just perfect against any Detention Sphere, Chained to the Rocks or 3 cmc Plainswalkers. Devour Flesh is better than Doom Blade or Ultimate Price because it does kill at least anything everytime. With anything I mean especially Blood Baron of Vizkopa :D.

These 16 cards give a very good and solid amount of removal which are most of the time no dead cards.

CREATURES

Reaper of the Wilds is the second reason I play B/G. It has an amazing synergy, nice abilities and 4/5 for 4 cmc is pretty sweet too.

Sylvan Caryatid despite it being a very solid mana fixer it saves you plenty of lifepoints as a blocker against aggro.

Desecration Demon no need to comment on this one.

Polukranos, World Eater because of 5/5 for 4 cmc and his sweet ability.

OTHER

Whip of Erebos has saved me plenty of games because of the lifelink and has an amazing synergy with all of my creatures other than Sylvan Caryatid. If your opponent has the brass to kill one of your creatures, throw them back for revenge.

Vraska the Unseen has won me two games! I just love her. Also, she has a great synergy overall!
